This amazing rural tourism project is being developed at Quinta dos Caliços, an historic property dating back to the 18th century. It has a total area of 170,000m2. According to urban planning parameters, the project is located in a National Agricultural Reserve (RAN), and in accordance with the development potential, the construction of a rural tourism enterprise is planned.
This high potential project provides for the construction of 28 local accommodation, of which 10 belong to existing structures and will be refurbished, and the remaining 18 units belong to new structures that will be expanded. The enterprise will also benefit of some unique amenities in common areas such as a swimming pool, restaurant, shops and leisure spaces. The total construction area of the enterprise will be 1,200m2.
